Great find!!! Looks like the original owner was left handed as the brake cables are reversed! What year?

That's probably a mistake by the previous owner, I noticed a couple of bits I need to change round. Its a march 1970 Joe. I'm so lucky to have found it over here. Rob imported it over from the states along with 2 swing bikes. ;D

All cleaned, brakes changed few other bits adjusted and ready for its first rideout in the sunshine. ;D
