Updated pics. Here is the frame, fork and chain guard with the self etching black primer applied. I normally use grey primer but when painting a candy color I have to also use an aluminum base coat. If I use a grey primer and put the grey color aluminum base coat over it I can't tell if I miss anything with the base coat. Using the black primer makes it easier to tell if I covered all with the aluminum base coat.[url=   I will bake this overnight and put the base coat on tomorrow. |

Update. Aluminum basecoat applied this morning. Baking at 90 degrees F for 24 hours then start violet paint tomorrow. Attachments:

That beer can keeps em moist and you get to drink half of each can first too. You should try it. No never mind, it would hurt.
