Way up Frank, yea catch up at Billing that's if we recognise yea, 3 stone is pretty impressive, did yea need to loose it?!? Nice Rams Joe, does look nice in blue although think a Rams would look the dogs bits in any colour!!  |

hi no just got board of being the fat bloke  so decided to have a go at getting a bit fitter started at 21 stone today 17.11 ;D trying to get to 17stone i will be happy ;D its not my bmi but at 6ft 4in i am not going to be 14 stone  .hope better weather i will be out on my bikes more and tone it all up now.next time out with you guys i will keep up better. |
