no its to far gone  got a quote off 60 quid to have the rim rechromed so its in the list ov things to do  |

Same as Wayne id have build it up as a Rams Horn!  Which is why i didnt snap it up cause i would of wanted to restore it and i think it actually deserves to be left as is.... ;D Very nice Lee, leave it as it is mate! ;D |

Build a Ramshorn out of a Stingray? They are made with Fastbacks. Let's have a discussion on rust removal. Schwinn had excellent chrome and many times it will clean up much better than you think. I will start a topic in general.

Ah see I didn't know till you pointed out that the Fastback is a completely diff frame from the Sting-Ray, and that the Ramshorn is built from a Fastback!! See that's great thing with having someone that's got experience with the whole range..... ;D |
